Making butter


Making butter by hand requires skill and patience. To make butter, the person should have time and should not try to finish fast so he/she can get the right taste. Following these steps will make you make the best homemade butter.
First, the most important thing to do is check the quality of the milk and how much fat it contains. After that, you should leave the milk to cool in the fridge in a closed container. Third, separate the cream from the milk by straining the milk from the cream. Forth, stir the cream to form the butter. After that, drain the buttermilk from the butter the same way you separated the cream or any other way. Fifth, put the butter in a jar and keep it. Then, the butter should be washed to remove any excess buttermilk from the butter. Seventh, when done salting, slice the butter and wrap it for storage. Finally, store the butter in the fridge to keep the butter edible and fresh.
Making butter is not as hard as it sounds but needs patience. When the butter is done as the given steps it will be very tasty and you will enjoy it.
